About Dr. Geneviève Bonin
Following her master's degree in engineering, Dr. Geneviève Bonin graduated in dentistry from the Université de Montréal in 2006. She pursued a multidisciplinary residency at the Jewish General Hospital and a year-long internship in oral surgery at Boston University. She subsequently specialized in oral and maxillofacial surgery at McGill University in 2012. She then completed a fellowship in head and neck oncology and reconstructive surgery to enhance her skills in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck pathology.
Dr. Geneviève Bonin scope of practice includes implantology, dento-alveolar surgery, oral and maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic surgery and pediatric maxillofacial surgery.
As an active member of the Sainte-Justine and Montreal General hospitals, she participates in academic activities with residents in oral and maxillofacial surgery and in pediatric dentistry. Furthermore, she passes on her knowledge and her enthusiasm by collaborating in continuing education courses and teaching activities. Her affiliation with these hospitals and with a well-established pediatric general anesthesia clinic in Montreal allows her to offer highly specialized services to both the adult and pediatric population.
She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She's also a member of the provincial, Canadian and American associations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the International Team for Implantology.
